Another popular area of Yosemite is the Yosemite Valley is a location full of spectacular views-- consisting of the El Capitan Meadow, Bridalveil Meadow (with its views of Bridalveil Fall) and the Sentinal Bridge. If you're inspired to go amidst all this natural wonder, there's a mild 1-mile walk in the Tuolumne Meadows which will take you about 30 minutes. History fans will be captivated with the Pioneer Yosemite History Center, where they can stroll through a covered bridge and see exhibitions such as horse-drawn carriages. In the Yosemite Valley, various museums/buildings provide an exciting diversion from the beauty of outdoor landscapes! Although you aren't likely to find numerous bears around Yosemite, it's not unheard of. However, you are most likely to see deer-- specifically in the early morning.
